E soltanto ora ci ricordiamo di tirare fuori i nostri occhiali da sole. Perchè quando li indossiamo, ci sentiamo un pò più vicini all'estate. Ma gli occhiali da sole sono solo un accessorio di moda in primavera ed in estate, oppure è un accessorio che utilizziamo per motivi di salute e per proteggere gli occhi? Tuttavia le persone allergiche come me, non associano sempre cose positive alla primavera. Perchè in questo periodo dell'anno, pollice e graminacee volano ancora attraverso l'aria, che causano allergie e che possono diventare un serio fattore di rischio per i nostri occhi, se non facciamo nulla al riguardo. Uno di questi accorgimenti è proprio quello di portare gli occhiali da sole. Non solo proteggono i nostri occhi dai raggi del sole in aumento, ma serve anche come filtro protettivo contro le particelle che si muovono nell'aria e causano prurito agli occhi, aumento della lacrimazione e arrossamento agli occhi nelle persone allergiche come me. Ma ovviamente gli occhiali da sole ci proteggono dai dannosi raggi UV anche in primavera. Anche se sono ancora più deboli rispetto ai prossimi estivi, ma possono comunque danneggiare i nostri occhi per l'eccessiva esposizione. Se siamo soliti frequentare la montagna, indossare gli occhiali da sole è addirittura indispensabile. Perchè con l'altezza in montagna ed il riflesso dei raggi sulla neve, gli occhi hanno anche a che fare con un carico UV più elevato, che in spiaggia. Gli occhiali da sole, non rappresentano un accessorio solo estivo. Idealmente, dovremmo indossare gli occhiali da sole tutto l'anno, anche perchè nei giorni nuvolosi o buii, ci sono meno raggi solari - è pericolosa la luce del sole in eccesso in ogni stagione. Ma non solo i due motivi sopra citati , rendono consigliabili occhiali da sole in primavera. Ci abituiamo più facilmente agli ambienti oscuri. Il numero di ore luminose aumenta, così come l'intensità dei raggi del sole. Ciò rende più difficile per i nostri occhi adattarsi agli ambienti bui. Questo cambiamento è meno faticoso, quando indossi gli occhiali da sole. Indossare gli occhiali da sole riduce il rischio di secchezza degli occhi. Ci sentiamo meno accecati .
